As time is continuously changing with becoming more futuristic, technology has taken control over the movement of our lives as tech giants like Google no longer remain as only a necessity of our daily lives but have also concurred the space in aims and dream of an aspiring individual who are determined to work with the giants, be the part of best working environment, being the innovator, meet great mentors, have job security and enjoy their work. As Google aims to serve the best to its users with not holding back same goes for hiring their Googlers. Google has kept its principle clear behind hiring which is if you have knowledge and talent Google is the right place for you but being such a competitive place for getting into, people often find it difficult before even starting to think of applying to it. This is wrong as Google has kept its principle so clear that if one studies it can get an idea of a path to follow and be a Googler.One indeed needs to prepare herself or himself for getting into Google in various domains like general aptitude, data structures and algorithms, business intelligence, programming fundamentals, etc. according to the job profile that they are aiming for, is it an SDE or Product Manager or Business Analyst to make own self capable of competing with other competitors to reach Google. Today we also have LinkedIn connecting us with professionals of our very own industry from around the world to whom we can connect by sending connection requests, chatting with them, seeing their posts, learn about Google by following its official account on LinkedIn to stay up to date with the coming opportunities and whereabouts of our industry. Talking about the people from tech side like developers or programmers aiming to go into Google can also benefit by signing up on Google’s career page and staying up to date about approaching opportunities and hackathons coming up as Google testing programmers in hackathons also offers them jobs which is a great way to get noticed by Google.
